How fast can you come?

Often within a day or two. If you have a code deadline or a closing date, tell us and we will work to hit it.

Will my neighbors know?

No. Our trucks carry no logos. Our crews wear plain clothing. We can start early or work weekends if that is easier for you.

Do I have to be there?

No. Some families stay and sort along with us. Others hand us a key and go to work. Either way, you approve every decision about what stays.

What if you find something valuable?

It goes back to you. Cash, jewelry, documents, photos, medals. We find these constantly, and every one goes into a set-aside box for the family.

What happens to my things?

What you keep gets boxed and labeled. Usable goods go to Kentucky charities and we can bring you a receipt. Documents with personal information get shredded. The rest is hauled and disposed of properly.

Is hoarding cleanup covered by insurance?

Sometimes, partly. Homeowners policies more often cover biohazard work tied to a death, a sewage backup, or water damage than general clutter. We will help you with the paperwork either way.

How long does it take?

Most single rooms take a day. A full home usually takes two to four days. Homes with heavy biohazard work take longer.

Do you work with people who have a hoarding disorder?

Yes, and we do it carefully. We do not force decisions and we do not throw things away behind someone’s back. That damages trust and it makes the next relapse worse.

What is the difference between hoarding cleanup and junk removal?

Junk removal takes everything to the dump. We sort with you, protect what matters, and clean what is underneath.

Do you clean after the clutter is gone?

Yes. That is half the job. Floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and odor treatment at the source.

Can you help a family member who does not want help?

We can try. We come as helpers, not inspectors. Many people who resisted for years relax once they see we are not there to shame them.

Do you need me to sort everything before you come?

No. That is the job you are hiring us for. If you have already pulled some things aside, great, but plenty of people cannot face it and that is exactly why they called.

What if the house has no working power or water?

It happens more than you would think. We bring our own lighting and water when we have to. Tell us when you call so we come prepared.

Are there things you will not take?

A few. Live ammunition, certain chemicals, and medical waste have specific rules. We will tell you what needs a different route and help you arrange it rather than leaving you with it.

What about a house with pets still living in it?

We work around them. If there are more animals than the home can support, we can put you in touch with Kentucky rescue groups who will help without involving authorities unless the law requires it.

Do you handle homes after a death?

Can you work weekends?

Yes. Many families prefer it, either because of work schedules or because a quiet street on a Sunday morning draws less attention.
