About Kentucky Hoarding

We are a family-owned, woman-owned company, and we clean homes that other companies will not touch. We do it without making anybody feel small.
That last part is the whole reason we exist.

Meet Kristin
Kristin owns and runs this company. She built it around one idea: that people in the worst week of their lives deserve to be treated well. She answers calls herself, meets families at their doors, and has walked into more Kentucky homes than she can count.

What We Believe
A cluttered home is not a character flaw. It comes from grief, illness, injury, depression, or life simply moving faster than a person could keep up with. We have cleaned homes belonging to teachers, nurses, farmers, veterans, and retired executives. It happens to good people.
How We Work
You decide what stays. We give written estimates, not moving targets. We show up when we say we will. Our trucks have no logos. And anything valuable we find goes straight back to you.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
We carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation. We follow Kentucky rules for biohazard disposal. And we are here in the Bluegrass State, not dispatched from somewhere else.
What We Will Never Do
We will not photograph your home for marketing. We will not post before-and-after pictures of anybody’s house on social media, which a startling number of companies in this industry do. We will not tell your family what we found unless you ask us to. And we will not pressure a person into a decision about their own belongings.
Why We Do This Work
People ask, usually somewhere around day two, why anyone would choose this job.
The honest answer is the moment at the end. A woman in Lexington sat down in her own living room for the first time in six years and cried. A man in Paducah opened his front door for his grandchildren the week after we finished. That is the work. The hauling is just how you get there.
